Higher Education Action Day

Join the PSC and our partner organizations for a full day of lobbying in Albany to win the New Deal for CUNY and our other legislative priorities! We’ll leave the city early in the morning on a PSC bus for the all-day event, and free lunch will be provided.

On March 15, 2025 a massive crowd of New Yorkers from across the labor movement and allies gathered at Foley Square for a march to demand the current administration to stop the federal cuts as right-wing politicians in Washington are moving forward with devastating proposals to cut two trillion dollars from Medicaid, Medicare, housing and food assistance and other vital programs to fund a massive tax giveaway to the wealthy and corporations.
