BIPOC Working Group

About the Working Group

The BIPOC Working Group was created to build community, foster connections, and create support structures for underrepresented faculty and staff in the Professional Staff Congress and across CUNY campuses. 

Our aim is to:

  • Create inclusive spaces for BIPOC faculty and staff
  • Build community, connections, and networks among faculty and staff across titles, departments, and campuses
  • Design workshops and resources that support BIPOC faculty and staff
  • Highlight scholarship and achievements
  • Serve as a channel to make recommendations to PSC leadership
