We’re fighting for a fair contract for RF workers, but we need to turn up the heat on management to reach an agreement! Our key outstanding demands are:

A three-year contract with decent raises

Pay minimums so no RF worker makes NYC minimum wage

Tuition reimbursement for Part-Time B employees (4-19 hrs./week) who are CUNY students

Longevity increases for RF workers with 10+ years of service

Better comp and overtime pay protections for extra work

Stronger commitment from the RF to provide clear appointment notices to RF workers
We’re going to increase the pressure with a blitz of social media posts and emails the week of March 17, to tell RF management that PSC workers deserve a fair contract. They need to hear from PSC members and community allies about why better pay and protections are important!
