Informational Presentation by Aetna followed by PSC Debrief

Two Meetings on Aetna Medicare

Friday April 21 @ 10 am

This notice was sent by Dean Hubbard, PSC Executive Director, to all PSC retirees.

Aetna will be hosting an informational meeting for PSC and CUNY retirees on their new Medicare Advantage plan this Friday, April 21 at 10 am.  While PSC has opposed the privatization of retiree health care, because the City intends to move forward with this program effective September 1, 2023, with a May 1 to June 30 opt-out period, we feel it is important for PSC retirees to get access to the same information other City retirees are receiving about this program. To help you prepare for the Aetna meeting, we strongly recommend that you read this information from the PSC retiree health care webpage first: Basic Information You Need to Know to Make a Decision

PSC will be hosting a separate debrief and discussion of the Aetna presentation for PSC retiree Chapter members only. We will begin immediately following the Aetna meeting on Friday morning. This PSC debrief will be open to the first 500 PSC retiree Chapter members to register.
