The four Educational Opportunity Centers are locally administered by
CUNY. A Supplemental Agreement to the PSC-CUNY Collective Bargaining Agreement covers full-time Lecturers, Higher Education Officers, and Adjunct Lecturers.

–Do you want to discuss how we can organize around similar
issues or concerns as an EOC collective?
If you are interested in these questions, are newly hired at an EOC,
or have questions, please register for the mass meeting. This
is the first-ever mass meeting for Educational Opportunity Centers
faculty and staff. The time is now to come together collectively to
create the change we want to see at our Centers.
