ON ZOOM: Participants will be emailed the Zoom registration link and instructions the day before and the morning of the event.

TESTIMONY: The PSC will accept written testimony from any hearing participant who wishes to submit it. A link for written testimony submissions will be made available to participants during the hearing. Oral testimony presented on Zoom will be limited to two-minutes and subject to available time.
