Happy New Year!
I hope you’ve had time to gather with family and friends, to rest and recharge for the coming year. May 2025 be a fulfilling and successful year for you personally and professionally.
In the coming year, we’ll share many accomplishments and challenges together as a union. The work of implementing a new collective bargaining agreement and advocating for the City and State funding we deserve will keep us very busy. We will also need to recommit to protecting CUNY students, fellow workers, our communities, and the institutions we depend on during a time of alarming political instability.
But the PSC’s focus in these first days of 2025 is the ratification of our new collective bargaining agreement. That must be our first collective achievement. So, thank you for voting in our union-wide ratification. Please urge your colleagues to vote before the January 10 deadline.
