November 6, 2019: HOLD THE DATE For PSC-Chapter Meeting:
Please join us for our first PSC-CUNY chapter meeting of the new semester on November 6, 2019 during Dean’s Hours—1:15-3pm.
Initially, we planned on scheduling our meeting Wednesday October 30—but it appears that PSC President Barbara Bowen will be presenting at the FDA Plenary and we will be in attendance and do not want to conflict with this event.
Hopefully, by November 6 we will receive a memorandum of understanding on the proposed new contract. If so our agenda will consist of briefly presenting key notes in the contract followed by the bulk of our meeting—an open discussion and debate featuring different voices of the Hunter community on the MOU and related matters.
We will be in touch soon with date and time and location specifics.
Please RSVP with our PSC organizer Sam Lewis, so that we know how much food to order and whether or not in anticipation of a robust meeting we will need to secure a larger space than usual.
