Dear Fellow Chapter Members,
Last Thursday, the PSC’s Delegate Assembly voted to recommend proposed contract agreement to union members. The voting process began this week. (If you are eligible to vote, you should have received an email from PSC Secretary, Nivedita Majumdar, with instructions on how to do so). For those who are still undecided or who have questions about the specific provisions in the contract, the Graduate Center chapter Executive Committee will be hosting a Q&A meeting next Monday, November 18, at 2pm in room 5414. If you cannot attend but who still have questions, I encourage you to email. We want all our members, regardless of their position on the contract, to be informed and empowered as they participate in this critical process.
