Adjuncts: Log Your Hours
The union is asking adjuncts to log how many hours they spend working outside of class in order to support the need for $7K.
The process is simple – using the app and computer program Harvest, the union has set up an easy, digital system to log how many hours of work an adjunct spends grading papers and assignments, corresponding with students, handling administrative business, etc.
The union is asking participants to log hours between February 19 and March 19. The deadline for signing up is February 11.
