The AFT provides a trauma counseling program to all active members. If you’ve been bullied, harassed, or threatened while at work you can receive confidential counseling for FREE. Learn more about the details of this unique benefit and other covered incidents available to AFT members. The AFT also offers additional voluntary Trauma Coverage, which is a comprehensive program filling the gaps left by traditional insurance, workers’ compensation, and employee assistance programs (EAPs).
