The Public Employee Safety and Health Bureau (PESH) enforces OSHA safety and health standards in all
public sector workplaces in New York State. Through PESH, employees at CUNY campuses can report
possible violations of safety and health standards, and schedule a visit from a PESH investigator. This is
an opportunity to learn from two highly experienced presenters about what PESH does, the power of
the investigation process, and how to file a PESH complaint.

President of the United College Employees of the Fashion Institute of Technology, and serves on the
college-wide Environmental Health & Safety Committee.
