Panel discussions will include:

  • Navigating our First Years: Newly tenured and certificated faculty share their tips and experiences on the road to tenure and certification
  • Tenure at the Senior Colleges; Tenure at the Community Colleges; Earning our Certificates of Continuous Employment: meet senior faculty and Personnel and Budget committee members who can demystify and answer questions specifically about the tenure process, and certificated faculty who will speak to the CCE process Union Benefits/Union Protections/Union Activism: hear from fellow union members and staff about new faculty benefits, protections, and getting involved with the union as a new faculty member
