To Report a Problem
The PSC is using this form to compile a record of problems that our retirees face during the City’s transition from Medicare to the NYC Medicare Advantage Plus Plan. Our goals are to hold the City and the City’s Medicare Advantage administrator accountable to the promises they have made to retirees and to collect information that can help improve adminitration of the program and communication about the program. The union is unable to respond to individual questions submitted here. For questions, see the FAQ or dial the call center. Problems reported here will be forwared to the Municipal Labor Committee, the NYC Office of Labor Releations and the Empire BlueCross BlueShield/Emblem Health Alliance that is administeriing the program.
