This is a combination Town Hall and organizing forum to plan the next stage in the metro-area fightback against the Trump Administration’s attacks on colleges and universities.
Speakers include AAUP President Todd Wolfson; Knight Institute for the First Amendment attorney Ramya Krishnan; Astha Phokarel, attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights; NY State Assembly Member (and former UAW Local 2110 leader) Claire Valdez; and Ian Gavigan, Executive Director of Higher Ed Labor United. Faculty and professional staff in any title and rank are invited to participate
