The terms of the
May 2002 contract are established in a Memorandum
of
Understanding. That Memorandum details the
changes
in the old contract. In other words, what
is presently in
force are (1) the terms established by the
Memorandum
of Understanding and (2) all the
provisions of the
the 1996-2000 contract not explicitly changed by
the
Memorandum of Understanding
