THEN AND NOW.
Above: On October 5, 1972, over 1,000
PSC members rallied against threatened "productivity" increases and an
austere contract proposed by management. The following January, by mail
ballot, members approved a general policy of "no contract/ no work" by a
vote of 3,836 to 577. |
