More than 9,000 CUNY faculty and staff have signed a PSC petition calling for action on a new contract settlement – and the number continues to grow.

President Obama unveiled an ambitious plan to make community college free for millions of students. The plan, many say, makes higher education more accessible to low-income families and would help improve retention and graduation rates.
